Our Training facility converts to a large party room with lounge and kitchenette which is available for your next special event.  Rental of the party room is very affordable:  Only $99/hour for up to 55 guests, you can bring your own home-cooked foods.  It's easy on your budget, fun and hastle-free.  We have many types of concessions including a mini bounce house, fondue bar, and juice bar.  We also have Magicians and Clowns, costume characters, concessions, cotton candy machines, popcorn machines and so much more.  We offer "free" coffee to all our adult guests.  Rental of the room includes six 6 foot tables and 50 chairs.  If one of your guests books the room for a party or corporate event, the guest of honor will receive something very special as a "Thank You" from us.  To learn more about these special promotions, please contact Susan's House of Magic at 347-691-3480 for more information and for availability.
